Our Brunswick house is for sale. It has been a long labour of love, which will (fingers crossed) pay off on December 3 when a billionaire decides to pay twice the asking price.
It really is a great house (Obvs I am biased) with lovely neighbours, on a quiet street that is still central to everything. Living in Brunswick was frankly bloody awesome - despite stereotypes, there is SO much community spirit in urban areas, as you are literally living metres from your neighbour. Plus we walked everywhere so we would always be chatting to people and running into our neighbours. In Warrandyte, we don't even really have neighbours as we have State Park on two sides (not complaining!) and everyone drives everywhere, so you don't get the same 'we're all in this together' vibe.
